The village, with its ancient church and historic manor house, creates an atmospheric backdrop for many of these alleged incidents of paranormal activity in Kiddington. Among the most frequently reported manifestations are spectral sightings, particularly within the vicinity of St. Nicholas's Church. Witnesses have described seeing a figure resembling a monk or a woman in white near the churchyard, often appearing briefly before vanishing. These sightings typically occur during twilight hours or late at night. Local residents and visitors have occasionally described observing unusual lights or objects in the night sky that move in patterns inconsistent with known aircraft or natural celestial bodies.
