Reports of paranormal activity in Fox Hill encompass a wide spectrum of phenomena. UFO and Unidentified Aerial Phenomenon (UAP) sightings are frequent, often described as silent, fast-moving lights or craft executing impossible maneuvers over the Bristol Channel and inland. Cryptid encounters, particularly those involving large, indistinct figures in the woodlands, are another recurring theme in local testimony. Ghost sightings and apparitions, ranging from fleeting shadowy forms to distinct historical figures, are concentrated around specific ancient pathways and derelict structures, leading to the colloquial term "haunted Fox Hill" for certain spots. Furthermore, residents have described instances of poltergeist activity, including unexplained shifting objects and disembodied sounds within private residences. Unexplained atmospheric phenomena, such as sudden temperature drops and localized electromagnetic interference, are also periodically noted.

Another prominent area, known locally as "Ghost Lane," is the source of numerous apparition reports, often involving a cloaked figure that disappears without a trace.
