South Elmsall, a town in West Yorkshire, England, has been the subject of various reports documenting paranormal activity and unexplained phenomena over several decades. While no official body systematically catalogues such incidents, local anecdotal evidence and a limited number of published accounts suggest a recurring interest in the supernatural aspects attributed to the area. The perceived "haunted South Elmsall" reputation often links to its industrial past, particularly the former collieries around the region, and older historical sites, which some believe contribute to residual energy or hauntings. This interest aligns with broader patterns of paranormal reports in West Yorkshire.
