Witnesses have reported fleeting apparitions, typically described as shadowy figures or indistinct human forms moving within the mill building and occasionally on the pathways leading to it. Some accounts specify a spectral figure believed to be a former miller, often seen near the waterwheel or peering from the mill windows. In addition to these visual experiences, objects are sometimes reported to move on their own accord within the properties, ranging from small implements to larger items like furniture. Animal reactions, particularly those of dogs and horses, are also frequently cited, with pets allegedly exhibiting distress or unusual behavior when in specific areas of the property, often preceding or coinciding with other reported incidents.
