The types of paranormal occurrences in Tyler Hill encompass a range of phenomena. One recurring theme involves sightings of apparitions, often described as indistinct shadowy figures or translucent forms. These often manifest in specific older farmhouses and cottages, with residents reporting feelings of being watched or a sudden drop in temperature preceding the visual phenomena. Auditory disturbances are also frequently reported, including disembodied footsteps, muffled conversations when no one is present, and inexplicable tapping or scratching sounds emanating from walls or ceilings.
